Transnational workshop in frame of project was held on 17 of May 2016 in Warsaw. Representatives of trade unions and employers’ organization from Lithuania, Spain, Poland, and Romania attended to the meeting (4 Lithuanians, 4 Romanians, 8 Polish and 8 Spanish). The meeting was conducted by expert who is specialist in field of posting. At the first part of the workshop, participants raised awareness about irregularities in employment among posted workers in partners’ countries. Presentations prepared by expert showed the diverse ways in which employers may use transnational contractual arrangements to construct precarious employment in “blue-collar” employment in the EU. Representatives of employers’ organization also took part and presented their point of view in a light of further improvements of transparency and use of information system. Also, as the concrete result of the meeting, participants developed strategies/recommendations for better provision of information on the terms and conditions of employment and on collective agreements applicable to posted workers available free of charge via a single official national website. The formulated strategies were in line with detected problems and needs of posting workers. The facilitator also informed participants on development of a coherent and transparent information system. The applicants provided all technical and logistic preparation of the event so that workshop can run smoothly.
