Transnational training in Madrid

Trade unions from partner countries were represented by 24 participants. The meeting was conducted by expert from Spain.

The transnational training was held on 13-14 of September 2016 in Madrid. Trade unions from partner countries were represented by 24 participants (4 Lithuanians, 4 Romanians, 8 Polish and 8 Spanish). The meeting was conducted by expert from Spain. Trade union members during the meeting raised their awareness about monitoring and implementation of Directives (96/71/EC and its Enforcement 2014/67/EU). Moreover, expert mentioned about information tolls (IMI) and underscored the importance of improvement to transnational administrative cooperation. During the first day of training participants had workshop on Directive 2014/67/EU. Expert briefly went through topics of implementation, application and enforcement of Directive. During the second part of the day trade union members from partner countries participated in moderated discussion about the posting of workers in EU and had time to ask expert about ambiguities. During the second day of training trade union representatives presented their researches about the changes what were brought at the state level by adoption of Directive 2014/67/EU. Trade unions specified the perspective of work unions, employers and government. After the presentations all participants together discussed this issue and with expert help get more aware about situation in Europe. At the end of the meeting partners summarised what is done and appointed the tasks for future.
